What the headline numbers mean and where each one comes from.
The KPIs
The dashboard shows your headline figures and a sales summary, drawn from the documents and expenses you have recorded. They are available on every plan, including Free.
Why a number can look wrong
The dashboard reports what has been recorded. An invoice still in draft has not been issued and does not count as revenue; a payment received but not yet recorded against its invoice leaves that invoice looking outstanding. If a figure surprises you, the usual cause is a record that hasn't caught up yet.
Display currency
Totals are shown in your business currency so figures from differently-denominated documents can be compared. The underlying documents keep the currency they were issued in.
