Provider and scope
DingVoice is provided by Jscriptech, MB, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania. We describe the service and its responsibilities in the Terms, Privacy Policy, and DPA. This page is not a certification, audit opinion, or guarantee that every customer's use meets every local requirement.
Customers must assess their jurisdiction's accounting, employment, tax, privacy, and recordkeeping rules, use appropriate permissions and lawful instructions, and verify outputs before filing or paying. Contractual limitations do not override mandatory law or relieve us of duties the law places on us.
Data protection
The Privacy Policy describes controller and processor roles, rights requests, providers, international processing, and retention criteria. The DPA is incorporated into the Terms whenever we process personal data on a customer's behalf, on all plans. A countersigned copy is available at legal@dingvoice.com.
US hosting and feature-dependent OCR/AI processing must be considered in your assessment. EU-only residency and universal transfer certification are not offered. Required transfer mechanisms must be established for the processing concerned; a public provider list alone is not a transfer safeguard.
Incident response
We maintain an internal breach-notification procedure. Where we are controller, the GDPR supervisory-authority deadline is without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of awareness when notification is required. Where we act as processor, we notify the customer without undue delay under the DPA; we do not wait for the controller's 72-hour period. Security concerns: security@dingvoice.com.
Financial partners and professional boundaries
Bank connections use Plaid where enabled; billing uses the provider associated with the purchase channel, such as Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, or Google. Their services and independent compliance duties are subject to their terms. Integration availability does not certify DingVoice or replace verification of imported data.
DingVoice does not file taxes or remit payroll on your behalf. Payroll calculations, tax tools, reports, forecasts, templates, OCR, and AI outputs are informational tools that can contain errors. They are not tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice. Review original records and obtain qualified advice when needed, as described in the Terms of Service.
