How to cancel DingVoice and request refunds from Jscriptech, MB or your purchase channel.

Web subscriptions
You can cancel a web subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period unless you request earlier deletion or another lawful restriction applies. Contact support@dingvoice.com if you cannot access the cancellation tools.
Except where required by law or expressly offered at purchase, fees already charged are generally non-refundable and unused time is not prorated. If a charge appears incorrect, contact support@dingvoice.com, preferably within 14 days, with its date and reference. That request period does not limit statutory remedies, payment dispute rights, or claims for defective or undelivered service.
Free trial
A card-free trial does not automatically charge you when it ends; a paid plan requires your agreement to the price and payment terms. Trial length and eligibility are displayed when offered.
If you expressly accept a card-backed trial with automatic conversion, its price, billing frequency, conversion date, and cancellation method must be disclosed before enrollment. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid conversion to a paid subscription under those terms. An upgrade during a trial requires your agreement to payment.
Apple App Store and Google Play
Store purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Manage cancellation and request refunds through the relevant store's subscription tools or support, following its terms and applicable law. Contact us for help identifying the purchase channel. Canceling a web subscription does not by itself cancel a separate store subscription.
Mandatory rights and payment disputes
Where consumer law applies, any mandatory withdrawal, refund, repair, price reduction, or termination rights remain available. Any legally required request to start supply during a withdrawal period or acknowledgment affecting that right must be obtained separately; these Terms do not themselves remove it.
Contact us if you wish to resolve a billing problem directly. You may still use your bank's, payment provider's, court's, or regulator's available dispute process without contacting us first.
