Items
Saved items hold a description and a rate for work you bill repeatedly, so a recurring line takes one selection instead of retyping. You can still edit the description or rate on an individual invoice.
Tax rules
Tax rules define the rates you apply to taxable lines. Set the ones your business uses once, then apply them per line or per document. Customers, items and tax rules are all available on every plan.
